Welcome to Millimark Software, LLC. By using our software products, custom development, or consulting services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Provision

Millimark Software, LLC agrees to provide software development, implementation, integration, and related technology services as detailed in your specific statement of work, proposal, or agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in the applicable agreement. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of access to delivered software, environments, or support services.

3. Project Timelines

While we strive to meet all deadlines, software projects can be affected by technical constraints, third‑party dependencies, and client feedback cycles. Timelines provided are good‑faith estimates.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely access to necessary systems, subject‑matter experts, credentials, and other information required for Millimark Software, LLC to perform its obligations.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as per the specific contract terms agreed upon during onboarding. Upon termination, fees for completed work, in‑progress work, and any committed third‑party costs remain payable as outlined in the agreement.
